Assists account team in the coordination and tactical execution of advertising for clients.
Responsibilities
Manages client status reports and meetings
Leads project execution through Create NYC and client processes, working closely with teammates in creative and operations
Participates in strategy and planning meetings with account lead
Demonstrates ability to effectively organize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Thoroughly understands the internal workings of the agency and the fundamentals of account management
Communicates well verbally and in written form
Maintains positive working relationships within account team, creative staff, and controller
Assists with proposals, billing, and budgets
Competencies
Advertising acumen (print and digital) and proven track record
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organized and efficient approach
Sense of urgency and positive attitude
Independently completes responsibilities with a high level of comfort working in a virtual-based model
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of pharmaceutical advertising experience
