Client Navigator/Business Unit Lead

Title: VP, Senior Account Director/SVP, Group Account Director

Client Navigator is a seasoned healthcare agency leader, growth agent, and excellent people manager. In this role, you’ll guide multiple agency/client teams to create amazing work, drive a profitable business, and maintain great team morale. The success of the entire team, client budget, profitability and work quality starts and stops with you. You’ll coordinate with leaders of other delivery functions to meet and exceed client expectations and ensure that the process is running efficiently to meet those goals.

This role reports to the Account Function head and will work closely with Operations and Creative as part of our Navigator Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees all activities across assigned accounts
  • Ensures client relationships remain positive and productive by being sensitive to evolving client needs and proposing effective solutions
  • Leads senior-level creative review to provide top-notch, on-strategy tactical deliverables
  • Effectively manages the agency scope, creative development, and execution of quality tactical deliverables
  • Possesses a superior understanding of clients' business issues, policies, and procedures and has a pulse on industry trends  
  • Partners well cross-functionally to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of workflow, owning, communicating, and implementing client process change internally
  • Recognizes and maximizes growth opportunities; actively looking for opportunities to upsell – delivers year over year growth across accounts
  • Able to build and map new relationships for new business opportunities
  • Proven ability to provide financial reporting input: Actively managing monthly/quarterly/annual business forecast against targets
  • Coaches and leads Account director level direct reports to grow within their seats and the team beneath them

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 8-10 years of healthcare advertising experience

Preferred:

  • Significant experience with top 10 Pharma, including Pfizer
