Finance Business Partner
We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join the team at Evoke Galliard and Evoke Incisive Health (part of the Evoke platform) and support the agencies by monitoring, processing, and assisting in all aspects of financial and project accounting.
Financial accounting responsibilities
- Responsible for overall financial management of the Agencies in conjunction with the Managing Director and Associate Finance Director, with respect to financial, operational, and client matters
- In charge of the month-end close process, including, but not limited to, revenue recognition, pass through review, forecasting and reporting to Group (Oracle FCCS)
- Preparing monthly management accounts, including Profit & Loss and Trial Balance, and other financial reports such as budgets, reforecasting (3+9, 6+6, 9+3)
- Closely monitors performance against forecasts.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process
- Weekly and monthly cashflow forecasting
- Lead the year-end audit process on financial accounting related queries
Project accounting responsibilities
- Responsible for calculating the preferential hourly rates saving and volume discounts
- Ensure revenue and invoicing instructions are processed accurately
- In charge of ensuring the budget trackers for the operations teams are accurate
- Responsible for sending weekly revenue report
- Manage the Agencies working capital and responsible to achieve Group target, including but not limited to client billing, unbilled and deferred revenue
- Be prepared to take on additional tasks at the request of client leads or the management team
- Ad hoc management reporting
