So, what’s the job?
As an Associate Director, you will be an essential part of the leadership team of Incisive Health team working with a number of clients across a wide range of issues and challenges. Our clients are diverse, ranging from small charities to global pharmaceutical companies, but they are united by the shared aim of improving the lives of patients and populations around the world.
You will be responsible for a growing business both organically and through new business wins and maintaining a network of high-level stakeholders in political and policy circles. As a leader within the business, line management and people development is a key part of the role and you will nurture the development of all members of the team. Developing strategies and guiding and implementing these tactics will be part of your role, you design and guide strategic changes to client programmes and articulate these changes to clients and to the internal team.

Who is the ideal candidate?
We’re looking for someone who has experience of working in public affairs consultancy and wants to take their career to the next level. We are as ambitious for ourselves as we are for our clients. We are looking for creative thinkers who are dynamic and proactive. You must have experience in health policy and UK politics. You will be confident and driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
