We are currently seeking a Senior Digital Specialist to join our growing team. The Senior Digital Specialist, Insights & Analytics supports client engagements and new business growth through research, insights, and analytics work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Partnership

  • Provides analytics and insights support on multiple client accounts
  • Responsible for executing and/or overseeing a variety of client analytics and insights requests across digital touchpoints – web, social and mobile, as needed. This includes research, web and social media monitoring/trend mapping, channel assessments, campaign reporting and framework creation.
  • Develops drafts of client documents including website audits, performance reports and campaign summary reports, etc., and proofs all documents for thoroughness and accuracy before providing to other team members or client for review
  • Liaison with company partners and vendors on client projects as appropriate
  • Manages comprehensive insights and analytics projects such as social media audits, new business research, campaign strategy read outs and reportings, etc. including logistics, timetables and deadlines
  • Provides insightful input in developing digital strategy documents

Business Development & Operations

  • Participates in new business brainstorms and conducts research on new business projects
  • Supports Evoke Kyne cross-agency digital capability building, aiding in guidance, checklist, toolkit and educational resource development; supporting with digital marketing activities
  • Track content performance with ability to discover and implement actionable insights
  • Shows strong understanding of digital tools such as those for email communications (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Veeva Approved Email), for research (e.g., Netbase, Symplur, Meltwater, Google Trends, Mangools), for prototyping (e.g., Sketch, Invision), for content management (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla)
  • Aids in the development of new business materials (presentations, RFP responses) as appropriate
  • Takes the initiative in seeking training on company processes/procedures

Leadership & Teamwork

  • Displays an ongoing willingness to gain knowledge and make significant contributions to the team
  • Demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness and attempts to work through issues collaboratively or independently as appropriate
  • Works closely and collaboratively with interns and Digital Specialists, helping to mentor and provide direction on projects as needed
  • Encourages and responds to feedback from manager and team members
  • Demonstrates flexibility in working across teams, able to adapt to project needs, different team working styles, etc
  • Effectively partners with account teams to meet client needs, clearly communicating project objectives, direction and timing
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure, flourishing in a fast-paced environment

Effective Communication

  • Ensures accuracy of all written projects, including grammar, fact-checking and referencing documents as needed
  • Creates engaging copy and assets for client digital channels, in partnership with agency’s creative team, on a regular basis
  • Strong analytical skills with an insights-driven approach to content creation
  • Takes opportunities to lead in client interactions to further develop client communications skills

 

DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications / marketing / analytics / digital / social media
  • 3-5 years’ communications or related marketing / digital / social experience. Experience in global healthcare communications an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships
  • Strong understanding of all digital channels
  • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
  • Works collaboratively as part of a team
