We are currently seeking a Digital Insights & Analytics Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support a range of digital insights and analytics projects for our clients. They will shape client engagements by aiding in the development and execution of insight-driven digital strategies, serving as the day-to-day client contact on research, landscaping and other analytics programs.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Partnership:

  • Begins building client counsel and relationship management skills through regular / appropriate interaction during client update calls, team meetings, etc.
  • Develops deep understanding of clients’ business, unique needs and mindset of target populations
  • Serves as day-to-day support team member on multiple client accounts
  • Can successfully manage assigned project workstreams independently/with little oversight and provides progress updates to team members proactively
  • Helps to integrate data-driven communications techniques across the business – ensuring account teams can garner deep understanding of user needs and behavioral insight, build informed user journeys, create compelling industry-leading content and help clients deepen engagement with target audiences across existing and emerging channels
  • Contributes to strategy development through the creation of landscape, market, topic or audience reports which draw on cross-channel insight to inform planning and campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to set benchmarked KPIs for digital communications workstreams. Manage the production of regular and ad-hoc reports to support strategies
  • Effectively communicate insights and performance management concepts and ideas to clients; Translating data and analytics into actionable insights, providing recommendations to improve outcomes and optimizing campaigns to meet client objectives

Business Development & Operations

  • Participates in new business brainstorms and conducts research on new business projects
  • Takes on a supporting role in evolving agency insights and analytics capabilities
  • Educates agency and client teams on data-driven communications, latest advancements and trends
  • Helps develop and attend agency new business presentations
  • Takes the initiative in seeking training on company processes/procedures

  • Effectively partners with account teams to meet client needs, clearly communicating project objectives, direction and timing
  • Proactively identifies areas for process improvement to enhance our overall data capabilities, including identifying relevant software or models to increase the quality of work
  • Actively supports company values and an inclusive culture

Effective Communication

  • Develops research, insights and analytics frameworks, timelines and project trackers to ensure optimal delivery and effectiveness
  • Takes the lead in developing a variety of materials including keyword/hashtag trackers, KPI frameworks, reporting templates and dashboards
  • Maintain relationships with relevant reps and vendors (e.g., Meltwater, Kantar, etc.)
  • Encourages and responds to feedback from manager and team members
  • Takes opportunities to lead in client interactions to further develop client communication skills

 

DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Related degree or of graduate calibre
  • 4-6 years' experience, preferably with a focus on analysing digital data; Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector not required, but a plus
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize across multiple projects running concurrently
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Deep experience using tools such as Netbase, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Social Studio, Symplur, Meltwater, Google Analytics, HotJar, Mangools, SEMrush, etc.
  • Passionate about the power of data to shape healthcare experiences and improve outcomes
  • Proven examples of using data to identify opportunities and drive change online
  • Ability to present timely, compelling, fact-based test reports, dashboards and analyses that explain the business "story" behind the data, detailing what happened and why
  • Proficient in data visualization in presentations (PowerPoint), via dashboarding tools such as Klipfolio, QlikView, Tableau or via creative design software (e.g., Canva)
  • Highly developed communication skills; able to explain technical matters to a non-technical audience; Superb internal and external communications skills (verbal, written, listening)
  • Hands-on experience with platform analytics such as Facebook Ad Manager, Twitter Ad Manager; Preliminary exposure to A/B testing
  • Familiarity with Tag Management Systems such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium and Ensighten
  • Experience with digital marketing tactics including online media (display, paid search, SEO), CRM, mobile apps and hands-on experience working with related data is beneficial
  • Solid knowledge of statistical analysis principles and of qualitative and quantitative data acquisition methods
  • Strong Microsoft office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
