About the role:
The Senior Account Executive (SAE) collaborates with the various departments of Evoke MicroMass to move work through the agency on behalf of the client. The SAE is responsible for implementing the defined multichannel strategy after strategy and client scope approval that drives identified client deliverables. In addition, the SAE manages the client relationship through communication regarding current projects. (Remote)
Conduct the day-to-day management of assigned accounts and internal Evoke MicroMass team
Build and manage successful relationships between Evoke MicroMass Communications and assigned clients
Collaborate with Creative Services/Technology Services/Project Manager to coordinate agency efforts on behalf of assigned clients/accounts
Advocate for the client by articulating their needs to the internal team to ensure project objectives are fully met
Review and approve creative/production materials, copy, layouts, and production art, and coordinate client approval
Write appropriate client documents, including statements of work, project briefs, meeting/conference agendas and reports, change logs, etc.
Partner with project management to oversee project timing and execution
Exceed client expectations in management of assigned projects
Be a highly organized self-starter with a passion for our people, our clients and the work we do
Collaborate positively in an innovative and cooperative work environment
Possess a passion for technology, emerging media; specific interactive strategy experience in relationship marketing and social media is the dream
Be a team player that advocates for their team and understands their client needs
Know and love agency life and understand how to move in the pharma/healthcare marketplace
Be solution oriented at all times
Have the ability to assess day-to-day situations and partner with manager to make decisions based on the impact of many factors such as quality of work, internal team, client timelines, etc.
Be extremely detail and process oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills
Have a bachelor’s degree in business, communications or marketing, or related field
Exhibit the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Be willing to travel on an as needed basis (5-10%)
Have 2+ years of experience of relevant industry experience, agency, digital marketing, and/or pharma experience is a plus
