Responsibilities:

  • Leverage client relationships (and access to client intel) to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts

  • Serve as the agency lead in select brand planning processes

  • Partner with Project Management Team Leads to ensure teams are set up for success in day-to-day management of your accounts including, but not limited to resource needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, etc.

  • Responsible for monitoring profitability within their respective business unit and identifying areas to optimize efficiencies

  • Lead special projects: to be assigned by the agency leadership team (based on passion/interest, experience, etc.)

  • Team development and management

  • Mentor and help grow Account Directors, Account Supervisors, Senior Account Executives, and Account Executives

  • Ensure proper growth and skill development associated with the AD and AS role (ex., strategic pull-through, creative direction, client management)

  • Identify staffing needs and inform the recruitment of their group members (working with HR)

  • Ensure everyone on team is following Evoke MicroMass processes and procedures

  • Mentor and help grow broader internal agency team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or pharmaceutical-related field required

  • 8-10 years of experience managing healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing accounts

  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital communications

  • Proven financial management experience required

  • Proven success with organic growth opportunities and/or new business opportunities

  • Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking/presentation skills

  • Detail oriented, well organized, proactive, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Exhibits forward thinking and is solution oriented (internally and externally)

  • Proven track record for building and managing high-performance teams

  • Experience working with senior level brand managers in pharmaceutical and/or OTC healthcare; strong consumer RM outside of healthcare is a plus

  • Ability to travel on an as needed basis (25-35% of the time)
