About the role:

The UX Designer – Behavioral Design collaborates closely in cross-functional multidisciplinary teams to create novel, innovative, and evidence-based experiences for diverse audiences (eg, patients, care partners, HCPs, clients). You leverage strategy and behavioral science research with a user-centered design approach to design digital products situated to solve unique problems in engaging, memorable, and equitable ways. To each team, you bring a data-driven mind, a creative eye, and an empathetic heart, with the goal of positively impacting human health behavior. (Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Champion the user and user needs throughout the research, design and development process

  • Leverage strategy insights, behavioral research, best practices, analytics and other inputs to create simple user-centered experiences that accomplish defined business objectives

  • Create functionality documentation, user flows, wireframes and prototypes

  • Create and contribute to user personas, user journey maps, information architecture, sitemaps, navigation models and content design

  • Identify and recommend research and testing opportunities, create stimulus for user testing, contribute to and create user testing documentation, conduct and moderate user testing

  • Conduct heuristic analysis and reviews

  • Collaborate closely with content designers, creatives and development to ensure principles of user centered design and behavioral strategy are implemented across tactics & campaigns

  • Create POV’s internally and for clients on various UX subjects

  • Present your work internally and to clients including the creation of those presentations

  • Lead and contribute to workshops and brainstorming sessions

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in creating user-centered designs for digital products

  • A deep knowledge of UX patterns and interaction design for mobile and desktop

  • Solid understanding of creative development process, including interactive outputs, and the strategic thinking that drives successful implementation

  • Strong knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of front-end technologies

  • Experience in task and use-case analysis, heuristic analysis, user personas, information architecture, navigation models, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and functionality documentation

  • Experience participating and conducting usability testing and creating documentation of testing results including gathering interaction and functional requirements

  • Highly collaborative within a multidisciplinary environment

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines

  • Ability to present and sell ideas

  • An effective communicator verbally and written

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, self-assured, performance driven and passionate about digital and its role in transforming businesses

  • Passionate about user centered design and user experience

  • Willing to learn about how behavioral science can inform and enhance the design process.
