This role will involve the high quality and timely delivery of a diverse range of market research projects demonstrating an innate ability to understand, interpret and screen scientific content in order to provide relevant information to our clients. So, what will you be doing?
As a Senior Research Executive within our Insights team, you will be part of a small team dedicated to delivering global market research projects with responsibility for managing projects from design through to delivery. You will work with a range of respondent types including HCPs, patients and consumers, among others, for a diverse range of clients across the pharmaceutical, consumer health and animal health sectors.
Key responsibilities include overall project management, development of screeners, discussion guides and questionnaires, managing and monitoring fieldwork, analysis and interpretation of the findings and presentation to clients.
What makes a successful candidate?
You will have a proven track record within international market research, ideally within the healthcare industry, as well as an in-depth knowledge of research methodologies, strong analytical skills and expertise in questionnaire design. This is a client-facing role. A keen eye for detail, accuracy and consistency are essential along with excellent analytical and data interpretation skills. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
Understanding of Excel and PowerPoint are necessary and you will be educated to degree level (ideally in life sciences, psychology, mathematics or business). You must have strong organisational and project management skills and be able to adopt a flexible working approach, giving rise to effective time management in order to deliver work of the highest standard in line with client deadlines.
