Description: Account Director

Evoke Navience is seeking an Account Director to strategically lead major accounts and serve as the day-to-day contact in supporting the client relationship and deliverables and driving organic growth. This individual will provide excellent client service and effectively manage multiple clients/projects with a high degree of confidence, independence, and sound judgment.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Forms strong relationships with clients and ensures their needs and marketing goals are met
  • Builds understanding and knowledge of the client’s business and their competitive environment
  • Big picture vision and ability to identify broad business issues while driving the process and details through execution
  • Translates the needs of the client into project briefs to facilitate project development and resource needs
  • Partners with other departments to ensure alignment across the internal team on client projects
  • Serves as the client’s primary day-to-day contact, setting agendas for regular update calls/meetings
  • Works with project management team to establish timelines for all client projects and communicates changes as they occur to ensure accuracy of all project plans 
  • Independently handles major projects of large accounts with assistance from senior management, as appropriate
  • Understands product clinical data differentiators, competitive landscape, and customer insights to develop compelling resources that pull through the brand strategy
  • Understands the regulatory and FDA environment, including internal client review processes

 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-8 years of pharmaceutical agency experience required
  • Attention to detail; strong organizational skills
  • Strategic partner for clients with proactive recommendations
  • Familiarity with technology systems, UX
  • Comfortable creating all account management documentation requirements including client status, project briefs, estimates, task plan timelines and presentations to address client requests
  • Operate with sense of urgency in addressing client requests
  • Assists in the development of communication objectives & strategies
  • Provides constructive feedback in a professional manner to any department to create even better work while keeping people motivated

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. $130,000$135,000 USD
